La Triade HCT

La Triade HCT (Handicap-compétences-Travail) is a social economy enterprise whose mission is to provide support to people with disabilities and qualified immigrants in the Montreal area in order to help them to obtain gainful employment. The organization provides its disabled clients with professional services adapted to their needs through an individual, personalized and humanistic approach, which helps clients find a meaning to their professional lives, by taking into account their personalities without any prejudice; clients are able to develop their skills, knowledge and attitude for their own well-being and the defense of their rights and interests

EMPLOYMENT SERVICE

One of the key ideas of the organization’s strategy is to mobilize and involve employment players in the efforts made to make sure persons with disabilities and immigrants are better integrate and remain on the labor market.

FOOD ASSISTANCE SERVICE

In collaboration with Moisson Montreal and several businesses, La Triade offers a food assistance service three times a week to families in southwestern Montreal.

DISTRIBUTION OF SCHOOL SUPPLIES

Each year, La Triade offer an assistance to parents with school supplies for children in need. To help these families, La Triade HTC holds an annual distribution of school supplies. We offer various essential items (notebooks, pencils, cases, backpacks, etc.).

COMMUNITY STORE

La Triade has opened a community shop. The store also helps single mothers in need who regularly buy diapers for their babies. The shop also allows La Triade to complete the training of some people as clerks before being placed in big companies.

La Triade HCT (: Handicap-Skills-Work) is a social economy enterprise whose mission is to provide support to people with disabilities and qualified immigrants in the Montreal area in order to help them obtain gainful employment. La Triade provides on-the-job training and socio-professional support for people with functional limitations ranging from office automation, computer and socio-professional growth workshops, participants can thus obtain essential knowledge leading to a process of returning to school or looking for a stable job.

DONATE TO LA TRIADE

By making a donation to our organization, you will help marginalized people aged 16 and over with disabilities or skilled immigrants who are disadvantaged in terms of employment to be more independent.
