To promote the acquisition, improvement and development of skills that facilitate the work integration of persons with disabilities.

  •  Develop basic and advanced employability skills through close supervision and work experience.
  •  Find solutions to decrease obstacles related to the integration, the continued employment and the retention of persons with disabilities.
  •  Give a voice back to the individuals who are marginalized and excluded due to the nature and manifestation of their disabilities.
  •  Help persons with disabilities gain training and concrete work experience based on their interests.
  •  Greet an average of three clients weekly and, above all, abolish the waiting list system by accommodating walk-ins.
  •  Create part-time and full-time employment, which in return will contribute to the region’s socio-economic development.
